New Computer - lose iPod music?

I am about to move into a new house with my girlfriend. We both currently have a computer but as hers is newer and better spec than mine, I am selling mine.
However I am worried about losing all of the music I have loaded onto my computer than is synced to my iPod. Is there a way of copying music from my iPod onto my girlfriends computer so I do not lose it?
There is a further complication in that my girlfriend already uses her computer for her (non-iPod) MP3 player. Is it possible to sync a computer to 2 MP3 players (perhaps via separate log-ins)?
Sorry if basic questions - am not much of a techie.
Cheers

Was about to ask a similar question!!!
OH "cleaned" the PC today and itunes has been uninstalled and ALL my music has been deleted off the PC.
Need to know if I can download it back from my ipod onto the PC again. I know that iunes will "match" the PC to the ipod, but I need to do it the other way round!0 -
drag and drop the entire Music folder from one PC to the other. Just confirm the replacement and everything is retained. You'll have to confirm registration on iTunes purchase selections before listening.Ex forum ambassador

I use Xplay http://www.mediafour.com/products/xplay/ if you scroll down the left you can use it free for 30 days so if you install it on your gf computer you just plug in your ipod and transfer the music to her computer ,
I have never used Itunes for my ipod, aways used xplay .0
