Completion Day Here At Last

After 4 months of waiting, completion day is here. There was no chain and I was a cash buyer. Simple you may say. However there is a management company involved who charge about £90 a year. The previous owner did not know who they were as had never paid them. This took almost 2 months to sort out but it's now all sorted and completing today.
So you can never tell how long it will take.

Great, worth it now after the long wait I hope?It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.
