He said it's been 15 days in the OP and there is a time limit for delay claims. RM can sort it out when they investigate. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

WRONG, when you claim before waiting long enough - you just get a rejection letter from Royal Mail saying you haven't waited long enough and you have to start again.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. But is there not a chance that RM wont pay any compensation if the OP did not send the phone using the correct postal method to cover the conplete value?0

You were wrong about the £20 as well Brian, maybe you should learn to read a bit better. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I have reported your personal attacks to money saving expert. It is clear the £20 quote was edited long before your any posts you made to this thread so I am not sure why you are obsessed with it.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. What does that have to do with it, the max is £50 not £20. I quoted your post when it was still up. Putting you on ignore now, I suggest you do the same to me.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

Ok for anyone else reading this, I posted that the limit was £20, within a few seconds I re-read the original question and changed my reply. Then a few minutes later changed it again. The time stamp is on there of the final and last change.
Then finally two minutes after my last edit, adouglasmhor quoted my original post from a good 5 minutes earlier, and then wasted almost an entire interchange of posts criticising me for my original post rather than putting in anything constructive for the original poster which has ended up completely de-railing the thread and I'm sure the original poster doesn't appreciate it.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
