How much is this house really worth?

No, the current owner is a builder. He built the house."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

ahhh, i see got you now. it threw me cos the house next door looked like the same design so assumed it was just part of a development.
if it were me considering you think its nicer than the 465 houses, id go in at 450, then move up to the max that you think its worth. id completely ignore the 550 original price as that has proved to be unrealistic. i would not feel embarrassed with the offer, just move up to your own limit0 -
TBH I'm not that impressed
I assumed it was a 'garden grab' type development as the five new builds are right packed together. The design isn't that pleasing IMHO, no character and the frontage is downright !!!!!!; maybe the builder didn't bother with an architect?
The area isn't that swanky for half a million £, are those council flats just round the corner down Sudbury Close?0
