I think I'm just as excited for the day before as I am for the wedding ha ha - maybe because that is one day sooner........... and it's dragging.

I'm hoping not to have too much to drink the night before, but we won't have seen some people for a while and so I have a feeling a few bottles of wine might be had.....

I'm really looking forward to just lying in bed on the morning of the wedding with OH and saying 'we get married today'!!!!!!
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

The day before for me, if it goes as I want it to, will be me, OH and 2 dear friends travelling into the mountains (Dolomites) before returning to the hotel and having massages and chilling out in jacuzzi with a bottle of prosecco or two (whilst trying to avoid some people that will be in the area for another reason but don't know about and aren't invited to the wedding!), then a meal out at my face restaurant so we can take the gifts and get them to put them on the table the next day, before returning to the hotel for more prosecco and maybe an early night before the hectic morning!

It will probably be completely different but that's how I'd like it to go!

Our night before the wedding was lovely. People started arriving from about lunchtime, my husband and my brother went for a cut throat shave and hand some brother time whilst my mum and I painted our nails. Then in the evening we had our rehearsal at the church, and then we (me, husband, my brother and his two friends, grandparents, neighbours, the best man and his girlfriend and one of the ushers and his girlfriend) sat in my mums garden until about 10pm when all the guys left and went to our house for the night, I stayed at my mums.
We went to the fish and chip shop (last healthy single meal lol) and had a couple of jugs of pimms between us and were all in bed by half 10 ready for the exciting next day! My advice is to just stay calm, relax and enjoy it!
Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j

I can now update:T. I loved the day before, pizza for lunch with my work friends and then my brother for dinner.

MOH came round and we all had wine, went to bed and woke up just before 9. It was amazing to cuddle and say we get married today.
