Lots of people had to travel for our wedding so most were up on the night before so we all went out for a meal at a really nice restaurant that me and OH love.

I pre-booked the table and then everyone paid for what they had.

It was a nice way for people to meet before the wedding. Especially as my family and OH's had never met each other.

I don't know yet! We're doing the traditional thing of not seeing each other the night before so I'm guessing I will probably have a girly night with my mum, sisters and bridesmaids - either staying in the hotel chilling out or possibly just getting an early night. Massively glamorous I know!

However I do know for the day before the wedding my chief bridesmaid is talking about all the ladies (me, the bridesmaids, mums, sisters, grandmas, maybe a couple of aunties and cousins as well) going for afternoon tea at a very posh cafe in the town we're getting married in, so I'm looking forward to that :)

I think I'm planning to stay at my Aunt's (though haven't checked with her yet!), as I'll be getting ready there the next morning, and they go to bed quite early so I won't end up staying up stupidly late surfing or watching telly!

I would probably hit the gym extremely hard to get the adrenaline out of the way, then get some nice wine, have a lovely bubble bath, watch The Princess Bride and then curl up in bed with a good book.

We had a meal near the venue with all the family and friends, then I stayed there whilst the wife went back to ours for the night. Was really nice, actually.

We did this for our families and closest friends, we had a fab night. Then OH went off to the hotel to sleep and I went home with my bridesmaid for a bottle of fizz :)

That's just what I did we had hired a house for the week so went back to there with the 3 bridesmaids, my brother and 2 of my male mates who were also staying at the house and 1 of the boyfriends of 1 of the bridesmaids.

I wrapped OH's birthday presents for the day after the wedding and sorted all the presents for the next day whilst watched Big Bang Theory :rotfl:
