Has anyone booked through Travelsoon? Help

Booked a family holiday through Travelsoon, never used them before and never will again! Very concerned as we were charged £170.02 more at the time of payment than quoted. Travelsoon wanted to charge over £90 to pay by credit card and nearly £40 by debit card! I refused but still had to pay £19.70 to pay by debit card, why?? Despite being quoted a TOTAL COST which included all taxes, at the time of payment I was told we had to pay an extra £18.79 EACH to cover fuel supplement. When I queried this I was told it had to be paid as it was a government tax. I am very suspicious about these add-ons as the assistant told me earlier in the conversation that the girl who had originally quoted me had only been working for Travelsoon for a few days and that she had made mistakes and Travelsoon wouldn't be making anything out of my booking. My feeling was right, when I received my invoice from Easyjet the fuel supplement came to £13 each. I have telephoned numerous times now and emailed and have been unable to speak to a Manager or anyone in authority! You have to telephone a premium rate number to talk to someone in admin as the sales team say they have no access to the booking once booked, strange that, once they have taken your money . . . The girl in admin is extremely rude and apparently there is never a supervisor or manager there?? I have been given the complete run around. Surely it is fraudulous to charge more for fuel supplements than is actually charged by the airline? (Also the taxes were included in the original quote) Can anyone advise here please?
We are frequent travellers and have NEVER experienced a company like this before. This holiday hasn't taken place yet and we are very concerned that we may not be getting what we have paid for. If we have problems when we get there we will be stuck as we haven't even been able to talk to a manager whilst in this country let alone abroad!
Has anyone else experienced problems with this company?

Thank you for the links, disgusting that a travel company can treat its customers like this and get away with it time and time again. I should have researched Travelsoon before booking with them, not a mistake I will ever make again. I wrongly assumed that because they were ABTA and ATOL bonded they would be a reputable company, wrong assumption!0
