Wrong address on Credit Report

Hello guys, I need some advice please!
In 2012, my wife took out a mobile phone contract using her mothers address, as we didnt think her credit rating would be high enough and we werent on the electoral role. We thought nothing of this until recently, when we have been checking our credit reports as we are thinking about applying for a loan. We have checked all 3 agencies and on Equifax and Experian, the phone contract details do not appear (we registered with the agencies, using our actual past addresses). However, with Callcredit (which we also registered with, using our proper addresses), the vodafone contract shows up and has her mums address linked to it (northern Ireland).
This has messed up the address history, as our actual past addresses and dates we registered with, do not tally with the details from the phone contract.
When we first moved to Northern Ireland 5 years ago, we stayed at her parents and she changed her banking address to her mums house.......we then moved to the Republic for a few years, but when we moved back to the North, she didnt change her bank details until just last year, to our current address. So this also shows up as an irregularity with addresses and dates..........
I hope you can understand my babble!
Just wondered if there was any way to rectify these details. Would it be considered fraud to have used her parents address to get the contract. Its frustrating as we know she now probably has a good rating apart from this issue with CallCredit. I know we shouldn't have used her mums address in the first place, but we werent clued up on credit checks, reports etc. etc. and didnt know about Money Saving Expert back then....
Please help!

Hi drick,
Thanks for making me aware of this.
If you'd like me to get this looked into further could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee
