Building survey report with no pictures

I was promised pictures from a survey.
We actually pulled out of the house due to costly issues and the surveyor had said he would send over pics as I said they were missing in the report he said he would.
It's actually been several months, would you bother pestering the surveyor again or just walk
Subsequently he never got our repeat business

If not, maybe make an issue of it before you do.

I would just ask yourself if you really need them. They might be interesting, but how useful truly are they?
