Got a call from my solicitor at lunchtime.....I've exchanged on my first home.
Still a couple af weeks until completion.
I've been reading the advice on this forum avidly for the entire process and have found the topics both usefull and sometimes worrying.
Hopefully completion goes without raising any concerns.

I exchanged yesterday sadly my seller pulled out on the day of exchenge leaving me with a need to find a rental to live in while I look for a new house to buy. Well with a very large pile of cash it's a problem I can live with as the interest will pay for my rent this year.0
