Time to move??

Hi all,
I'm at a point where I will have nearly paid of the mortgage on my little mid terrace house and am considering whether I should stay put or look to maybe move to a new property and take out a new mortgage.
Any advice anyone? Stay put and save (considering low interest rates) or move up the property ladder??
Am relatively young so could easily take out a 25 yr mortgage if needed and will be with my partner as we look to maybe start a family in the next few years.
Any suggestions would be welcome!

If you have a family, will your current house be big enough? If not then I'd move now and save the upheaval later.0

if youre thinking of starting a family in a few years then theres no harm in considering moving to a bigger place. i did the same, we moved to a bigger place a few years before we had kids. when youre young and have more disposable income it is easier to do than after the kids come along, lol.
interest rates are low at the moment and you have good equity in you current house so why not.0 -
Thanks for advice - am really not sure what to do yet. Will look around and if the right place is out there - go for it.0
