Can you link 2 Santander 123 accounts?

Does anyone know if it is possible to link 2 Santander 123 accounts (1 in joint names, 1 in my name) so that I can transfer money between the 2 accounts at the ATM? I asked in branch nearly 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for someone to ring me back. I will go into the branch later this week but don't hold out much hope of getting a response so wondered if anyone had managed to do this. I think the problem is that when I opened the 2nd account I was automatically issued with a new debit card linked to the new account.

I know that I can always transfer money by going into the branch but that is something I try and avoid if at all possible. I don't want to do online banking with Santander but do use telephone banking.

I have used / am using lots of cards, have never come across an option to transfer money from one account to another at an ATM. May be I have been living under a rock.

Transfers / faster payments are certainly possible via the internet, and paying someone else via telephone banking is also possible.

Perfectly possible, sometimes difficult. Go back in and ask them to link them up. Should be perfectly OK.

Innovate - Just for your information I do have other Santander accounts which I can transfer money to/from at the ATM and by telephone banking which is why I wanted to add the new 123 Account. I don't know if other banks offer this service but I find it really useful.
