OnePoll gone?

jacflash, I emailed them when I had yet another day of no surveys available. Had a reply the next day with apologies for their error and they credited me with 10p to take me to £40.05 which I claimed immediately. Then I went straight back to my account home page and there were roughly 9 surveys waiting for me, make what you will of that one! Go on, email them0

Thanks for the tip, droopydrawers - I will certainly do that. This will be my fourth payout and it is the first time it's happened. Good to know that they do respond to an email "nudge"

Might email them as well, as I've been stuck all week on £39.90 with not a single survey, and they did pay me 10p instead of 20p recently for a survey.0

Definitely worth emailing OnePoll if you get stuck on £39.90 - I did and they seemed to keep an eye on my account, because the surveys started trickling through and the minute I hit payout, they emailed me to ask if everything was ok now

I reached £39.90 yesterday and like others have reported, all the other surveys suddenly disappeared (there were 4 or 5 there before!). I'll give it a few days then I might try emailing them!0

Everyone knows that their standard answer to inquiries about payments is "We are waiting for a paypal payment to clear".
I'm sure this is not true most of the time, but I wonder if, when they really are waiting for money to clear, they stop people reaching a payout, because they genuinely don't have the funds to pay them.
It would explain why some people get close to £40 then the surveys stop for a while.0 -
I have found that once I hit £39.90 the surveys instantly disappear, then 2-3 days later they come back. This has happened every time I have cashed out if I remember correctly, and judging from the spreadsheet I track things on, so I would say it isn't because they do it to prevent payment. If anything they probably do it to check accounts before paying out, but who knows with them!
I have been waiting a few weeks for payment now... So frustrating! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I can't access it right now. Seems like it has been a problem for so long.0
