Hi all,
Following on from my thread a couple of days ago about buyer being super picky over survey the buyer has decided to pull out (not even willing to negotiate.)
It's now the third time we have had a sale fall through (though this the first one to get to survey point). House been on market for 10 months, loads of viewings but it's an old cottage over 3 floors, with low ceilings on the ground floor which have put a lot of people off. Feel utterly depressed.
How do you keep going?! To happen 3 times is surely too unlucky?!
