Our holiday this year includes two 50 yr olds, our 14 yr old grandson, our daughter, her partner and their 3 children 8, 3 and 2.
Would welcome any suggestions for days out to suit us all, we are all members of NT, so dont mind houses, castles and gardens. The males love sea fishing of the beaches.
Thanks in advance

There are quite a few fishing trips on boats from Tenby which may appeal to the lads and the beaches at Tenby are brilliant on a sunny day for kids to play on and adults to relax.0

Folly farm is a great day out, we have been there a few times with young kids and grandparents, everyone had a lovely day.
We went to a waterpark/swimming pool near Oakwood Park (can't remember the name) but that was good in the rain.
The beaches are all great when it is sunny, we spent alot of time on Amroth Beach.
Cauldy Island was also a nice day out.
Have a lovely holiday:)0 -
There's so much to see and do I don't know where to start, but here are a few suggestions for you:
Boat trip to Caldy Island.
St David's, smallest city in UK (Cathedral and Bishops Palace to see.)
Castles - Manorbier, Carew, Pembroke.
Nice villages to potter around - Narberth (plenty of good shops), Solva, Littlehaven. Also Amroth (for rock pools).
Good museum - Scolton Manor museum near Haverfordwest.
If you enjoy walking, there is a nice coast walk from Saundersfoot to Wiseman's bridge. Easy walk - tarmacked path and on the flat. Pub at Wiseman's Bridge for food, plus shop where you can get an ice cream.
Further afield, park at Stackpole Quay (free for NT members) and walk along headland to Barafundle beach. Beach is down steps so little ones may need some help though always plenty of children there! No loos, though cafe and loos at Stackpole.
Park at Martins Haven (NT members park for free) and walk over headland for more lovely views - a bit hilly in parts. Loos nearby plus little shop where you can get an ice cream
Walk around Bosherston Lily ponds, (and on to Broadhaven beach if you want). Mainly flat, some narrow bridges to cross over the lily ponds. Cafe nearby.
If you're interested in these walks, best to check them out on a map to see if they're do-able for all the family.
You'll also find lots of other attractions for Pembrokeshire listed on Trip Adviser, so have a look there too.0 -
Reptile Experience is well worth a visit, especially if the weather isn't so good.
Doesn't look so great from the outside but don't let that put you off, I went there recently and it was great and it gets very good feedback on Tripadviser.0 -

Blue Lagoon (attached to Bluestone Holiday park). It's fab but quite expensive. Also near Tenby is Heatherton which has loads of activities for a variety of ages and you only pay for what you do.
Pembroke Castle is nice, they had falconry, etc... when we went. There's a lovely beach not far from Pembroke, Freshwater West (where they filmed the "shell cottage" scenes for the last few Harry Potter films).
Narberth is just a couple of miles from Saundersfoot and is a quaint little town, lots of quirky shops and coffee shops.
JxAnd it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end0 -
Hi there we've just got back from a hol in Tenby with two kids age 2 and 6.
Just want to second that as another poster has said 'folly farm' is a wonderful day out. Ive just raved about it on trip advisor in fact.we loved it. Don't let the name 'farm' make you think it's just a farm, look it up, it's brilliant. It's a zoo, farm, with indoor soft play, outdoor adventure playgrounds, go karts, sandpits etc, and also there's a lovely vintage funfair with helter skelter, ferris wheel, vintage slot machines. You can pay for entry with tesco deals tokens too and it is fine to tAke your own picnic in.0 -
