Impossible to contact anyone at head office!
Not looking for new tenant as selling the property.
The branch we used is seemingly vanished, the head office answers no phone or email messages and the other branches are either fobbing us off or also unable to contact head office.
Very concerning.0 -

Emails and phones being ignored is one thing, letters are another. If you do not get a reply to a letter, you could then threaten legal action and proceed if they continue to ignore you. Emails and phone calls are very easy to miss, maybe the company is being restructured or has staff shortages.
Conspiracy hat on: maybe the branch had a manager that was plundering accounts (hence the deposit withdrawal) and the head office recently found out (hence branch disappearance) and is trying to avoid paying out of pocket (hence ignoring of contact attempts).0 -
That conspiracy theory is very similar to the one I have been formulating....0
