CCJ for outstanding rent against dissolved company?

Hi there! My ex-landlord took £700 pounds from me in overpayments of utilities and frankly wished me "good luck" in getting it back.
I have confirmation of this from himself in the form of an email so I decided to have a CCJ put in place against him.
However the CCJ names a company and address which was used to Counter sign the rental agreement.
It turns out that the Company is dissolved at Companies house.
From what I understand it is not possible to enforce a warrant on a dissolved Company. I was wondering what advice our fellow readers might have:
Is it possible to enforce this CCJ?
Could I possibly change it to the name of the landlord at that address?
And was it legal for the landlord to have a rental agreement signed in 2009 with a Company name that wsa dissolved in 2002?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Many thanks!

No you cannot change the name on the CCJ that you have. You will have to go through the process again, from the start, naming the "correct" person.
Of course a dissolved company can't sign a contract. Who the contract is actually with will have to be resolved by the courts.

Thanks Tim, thats great. Do you have any idea what the legal re-percussions of signing a contract with a dissolved company name are?
Also would you have any idea who I could go to discuss this matter further, the MCOL helpline are now saying that I should take legal advise!
Many, many thanks0 -
no idea.
I would guess that the other party is guilty of a (seious) criminal offence, but how they would decide in what capacity the contract was actually signed is anyone's guess.0
