DPA = Data Protection Act. But the response that you're likely to get is that they've closed the account for commercial reasons and that they have done it in line with the T&Cs.
Any large irregular payments going in and out of the account? Transfers from overseas?0 -
no large or overseas transactions, just benefits paid in and direct debits paid out.0
