Is this quote fair?
It is for removing existing wall paper (one layer), removing woodchip Wallpaper from ceilings, repair/re-skim plaster throughout and paint.
It's a 3bed 1930s semi. Appx 95sqm.

I'm renovating a house up north at the moment.
I have removed all the paper etc but I have been quoted for skimming for.....
3 bedrooms - 2 x double 1 x box 2.3 x 2.3mtrs, bathroom.
1 x open plan down stairs and one rather large hallway
