It says to tweet or if you don't have twitter to fill in the form and explain why you dad deserves the hamper (50 words max), but then the T&Cs say "The Draw is open to responders who correctly complete and submit the online questionnaire and personal details at www.dhlservicepoint.co.uk/hamper" :think:
The winner will be notified on Monday 19th June 2013 by telephone or email. Failure to respond within seven days of notification will result in the prize being withdrawn and a replacement winner drawn.
