Hi,
We are trying to fit a shower room(shower, basin & toilet) in a room that is (3.07m X 4.09m) in size. Could anybody suggests me ,,what would be the minimum size of ensuite and how must it cost?

I built a cloakroom on an upstairs landing. Internal measurements 1100mm x 850. Close coupled pan and cistern and small corner basin. It is tight.
Smallest shower tray is 700 x 700mm. Pencil, paper and ruler time.
Cost of your job impossible to say without a site visit and knowing what you want. Allow min £1k for materials in middle of the road stuff.0
