I read through some posts and thought I should just ignore, however, after reading a new post it seems you have to dispute them?

I am in Scotland though which seemed to be different. Didn't want to hijack someone elses post, so I've started my own.

Can I just ignore it? Or do I need to do something?

Yes - for parking incidents occurring in Scotland or NI, nothing has changed so you can carry on ignoring!

Yup - No POFA in Scotland and Northern Ireland, so ignoring the scammers is still the best option.
