Minimum Rough estimate for an ensuite

Hi,

We are trying to fit a shower room(shower, basin & toilet) in a room that is (3.07m X 4.09m) in size. Could anybody suggests me ,,what would be the minimum size of ensuite and how must it cost?

I'd put a bath in a room that size, too.

That's a rather large bathroom - some living rooms are that sort of size! Are you sure you have the measurements right?

Surely the op is splitting the room to give an ensuite to a bedroom. I've had ensuites built and fitted for under 1500 quid. That needed all new waste and supply. But, I've also spent much more than that for a good one.

Size? You can squeeze one in to 1.5 metres by 1.2 metres.. lay plan out on the floor. The diy shed catalogues have sizes for unitd.

I estimated mine would come in at c£1400 but in the end it came in at just shy of £4k. This did include underfloor heating though: materials, labour and sparky.

Had to get the ceiling redone (something I didn't factor in) and the walls skimmed.
    I have a simple philosophy:
Fill what's empty. Empty what's full. Scratch where it itches.
