Downstairs Loo into Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer Room

Hi all,
We've just moved into a 1920s house which has possibly the worst ever kitchen design meaning we haven't actually got a place to put the washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is an outside toilet in a brick built outhouse and I was thinking maybe of converting that to house a stacking washing machine and tumble dryer.
Me being a bit naive, thinks this wouldn't be that difficult to do, but has anyone got any advice or experience? I have searched online and not found anything to help me.
Thank you in advance

I did something similar many years ago , I don't remember any problems. The outside loo was very 'exposed' so I did include a heater and a frost stat.0

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Did it cost a lot of money? Was there anything you needed to change with the drainage?

Certainly was cheap , water was laid on already . Walls were repainted . Large solid shelf took care of the tumble dryer. Electric was a cable thru wall back to house. Drainage was standard washing machine hose into a upright pipe , leading to the drain . Cant give an idea of money involved, I did it myself for next to nothing .Was there anything you needed to change with the drainage?
Did check out the drain , was worried about any smells , but its too long ago . Must have been a success as it lasted til we moved.0
