Capital One Card Delivery Nightmare

I was approved on the 14th May, plenty of time for the card to arrive i thought for my business trip.

Almost 3 weeks later, still no card or pin. Numerous phone calls and another card pin was sent Saturday.

I need this card for Friday.

This is my first dealing with capital one and it hasn't left a good impression.

Anyone else have this problem?

hmm I received my pin around 10 days afer I sent them singed contract, card arrived one week later.

Wish it was that simple for me. I can't believe both the pin and card were lost in the post. That's highly unlikely

Came quickly and without any issues for me.

Been with them a year now and always good service.

How long did the entire process take? The advisor has now told me both the pin and card should arrive before the 11th. Fingers crossed it arrives before Friday
