One argument goes along the lines of "we do not need to offer anything special to those customers we have already hooked. We can be pretty sure they will stay with us. Let's spend our money on enticing more people in".
This is why you see such things as "£20 off your first online shop", or "first six months Sky subscription half price", etc, etc.
Perhaps long established customers who consider themselves to be treated unfairly should seek an alternative supplier.
Yes, it takes a bit of effort to do this, but sadly, so many of us stick with the devil we know.0 -
it is kinda strange that you bought overpriced garbage from a company who IMO has some of the worst customer service of major retailers
littlewoods always have crazy prices0 -
Fishforsale.
You have to remember that you are paying for the credit in the price.
Can never understand why people never register the warranty. In fact if the OP contacts the manufacture they may well be able to assist by the serial No and when it was made.
I don't think that the previous returns for the same fault (2 weeks before OP bought) is going to help given the fact that the TV has worked fine for over a year.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
