    I am definitely outside IR35 - as I work FT with a LA, who haven't asked me to do it! Definitely my prerogative and my customers!

    That does not automatically mean that you are outside of IR35 - just because you are employed by someone doesn't mean that you can't also be an employee of another company - HMRC will apply other checks to evaluate whether you are.

    That said though, if you have a few customers and are tendering for individual projects then you probably would be outside IR35.
