booking flights for turkey July 2014 help

Hi all,

I'm not used to having to look at school holiday-time summer holidays abroad, but I do now - combination of daughter's schooling and Eid taking place at the end of July next year.

So, I'm tentatively looking at booking flights to Bodrum (will get accommodation sorted out a lot nearer the time, but OH and I know the area very well so I'm not concerned about that).

We live in East Mids, I see Easyjet fly from Liverpool with not bad flight times this July, and the prices really don't seem that bad if we get them as soon as they are released for summer 2014.

Is there anywhere else I should be looking? flythomascook, jet2.com, monarch, and thomson are also a possibility, but I don't know if their prices get as low as easyjet is likely to?

Because most Bodrum flights operate back to the UK in summer overnight/early morning, I'd rather not have a long drive back home after our flight. Liverpool is less than 2 hours from home, Manchester slightly closer, East Mids on the doorstep, Birmingham less than one hour, Leeds/Bradford less than an hour, Luton under 2 hours, so all of those would be okay. I can't see any flights from Luton at all though.

Any idea also when these companies may start releasing July/August 2014 flights for sale?

I see jet2 already have next summer's flights out - £354 return including a hold bag each for our dates - hmm I'd hope to get a bit cheaper than that - is that realistic? It will be the first couple of weeks of the school summer holidays, so I know it will be more expensive than I'm used to paying, but still hoping .

Monarch - over £400 return each.

Thomson - over £450 return each - this is not looking good is it?

I have no idea if flythomascook have their summer flights for 2014 out, that website is a nightmare - eta it looks like they don't have their summer flights 2014 on sale yet, although it lets me put dates etc in and then doesn't come back with any results.

Easyjet looks like they only have flights until March 2014 at the moment.
