Hello
I have recently received a letter from a loan company which i had a loan with a number of years ago stating that they are contacting their customers where their records are not clear whether the policy was suitable and offering a full refund of the premiums i might have paid.
They also state that this will take the following into consideration;
**total premiums i paid for PPI plus
**an amount of interest at 8% from the date of each premium payment to date
They also say that if i complete and resend the attached form and receive a refund, that i then can not relook at this again in the future (which makes me think there might be more to it???).
Can anyone give me any guidance on whether i should just complete & return the forms or is there more that i should do to make sure if i am entitled to a refund, that i get what i am due (and not just what they say i am due)
Would be very grateful for some thoughts
Thank you
Katy

Just fill the form in as honestly as you can. It's only an invitation to complain, not an admission of liability so you'll have to show how and why you were mis-sold.
There really is no "more to it".0 -
