Big email cant arrive-help please!

Please help!
I keep trying to pick up my emails. There seem to be 11 in the list. 10 come through straight away, but the 11th seems to get stuck. I keep getting a timed out error and an error message.
Eveytime I try to 'send and receive' the 10 come through again, but the 11th one goes to the end of the list again, so it now thinks there are 17 messages to come through (ie the 11th one is trying to come through6 times now!)
Does anyone know how i can get rid of these message or allow it to be received?

This is happening to me again-I think it is my nephew sending me loads of photos of his new-born baby.
Please can anyone let me know what to do-I dont know how to log into my account via webmail?

you could ask your nephew to send pics through in smaller messages.0 -
Some of the guys are harsh regarding comnetslash.com but right now im not too concerned as an article on that site can help this user out with his email problem:

Usually the attachment size for most mail accounts is about 10mb and it is easy to sned more than that with digital photos.
Best thing to do is sign up to gmail as the article suggests and then tell your nephew not to attach anything over 20mb.
Or send them in smaller batches to your outlook.0 -
