No P45

I wasn't given a p45 when i left my last job.

I've just applied to jobseekers online and it says to take my p45 to the interview.

Will they still be able to process my claim?

Thanks

Why did you leave your last job and why have you not received a P45?

when did you leave? Have you been paid the final salary yet? You may get it when you get paid

The reason I left is not something I want or need to get into on here. They said they would send my p45 but they haven't. If possible I would just like someone to answer my original question. Thanks

How have you been supporting yourself since Feb? They will ask this and yes you can still claim with no p45

I made sure I had some money behind me to live off. I never intended on claiming anything but I've not had any luck in finding a job unfortunately. I'm hoping that by signing on I will have more luck in getting interviews etc. Thank you

They say bring your p45 'if you have one.' I was never asked for one by my advisor and they seemed very surprised when i produced one. It won't affect your claim if you don't have one.

If you left in February and they'd given it to you straight away it would most likely be out of date now anyway.
