FENSA Certificate - bankrupt installer

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice if anyone can help please (and apologies if this topic has been covered before!).
I've received from my solicitor the Additional Enquiries Form and the Vendor was asked to provide copy FENSA certificates and guarantees in relation to the double glazing that was installed in 2005 and 2009.
The Vendor has replied that the installer for the 2009 job has since gone bankrupt and didn't supply the name of the installer. She has also not supplied the name of the installer for the 2005 job (a bathroom window replacement).
I've been onto the FENSA website to see if anything has been lodged and there is no record of anything for the property. I've emailed FENSA for advice (in terms of when I come to sell the flat), but whilst I'm waiting to hear from them, if anyone has dealt with something similar, I'd be grateful to hear from you.
Cheers!

Ask for them to pay for an indemnity. This is what I have just had to provide has we had no fensa cert for windows fitted. Fensa was introduced I believe in 2001, in ten years time something else will probably be needed, rules seem to change all the time. The fensa doesn't give a guarantee on the windows or that workmanship was done correctly so you won't be able to make a claim if a door lock breaks etc. I really wouldn't worry to much about it.0
