Yeah quite annoying. I could get bag of litter with old minimum postage, but it's a penny short now >.<

But then I screwed up my order on saturday and ordered a fish heater higher than i meant, but sent a message, and they'd cancelled the order so I could reorder the right one, so they're still quite reasonable. Still annoying about minimum postage.

Very annoying, will now have to be ordering 2-3 months worth cat litter to meet the minimum order for free delivery and I do not like to have to do that. Like to get all on a monthly basis and budgeting is easier this way :(

It does seem to be the best place to get the cat litter my cat likes at the best price. If I look at pets at home it's an extra £2.51 on 10l! The bump up in minimum free postage does make you think twice about ordering there, especially with no explanation, or reasoning for it. Just googling the price, in some places its sold at 30l at the same price zooplus are selling 40.

Yeah its annoying and doesn't seem to be 10% off for new customers anymore. I thought it was bad having to try get the total up to £19 :S. Have to buy in bulk now but sometimes you can't see that far into the future and what you may need.

Annoys me how the minimum order is £15 as well. I wanted to order the special offer they had on Applaws dry food for dogs it was 2x2kg for £10 but had to throw stuff on top to make the £19.

I still order from them as they are the cheapest around for the stuff they sell.
  • Yup annoyed me too - 2 bags of litter are £14.90 & I used to get 6 time for the dog to make it to £19

Unfortunately still a lot cheaper than you can get the stuff elsewhere (if at all!) & free delivery still a lot cheaper than most who seem to be £29 or even £49

  • Even worse..... found a new site to try last week - was holding off until payday (Friday) before ordering .... had basket picked to get just over the £29 qualifying amount for free delivery.

Filled it again on Friday and ..... still showing £4.95 delivery charge.

Emailed company and ... they put up their free delivery amount to £49 OMG on Thursday ... typical!

Not going to spend that amount & refuse to pay for delivery so they've lost a budding customer.....

I agree it's very annoying. I only buy cat food there, what I'll do is to get a £25 order from them and bits on offer from Amazon (hilife, nature's menu, not great but OK). £25 worth of Smilla and Animonda Carny is a lot for just one cat. :(

Thankfully my cat food is normally £32 but I can see its going to be quite annoying for some people.

Lucky for me I'm not affected. My shop costs between £60 - £75 per month for my two kitties thanks to Gizmo's appetite for 3 pouches of Sheba poultry selection per day.

I've just ordered my Applaws from Amazon, £12.05 if you put in a regular order, I've gone for every 2 months to see how it goes. Cheaper than Zoopus and free delivery.
