ways to make money asap x

hi need some ideas how i can make some money rapidly cheque centre took all of ours and we have no money or food in the house
looked for something to sell but theres nothing at all only sons ds and wouldnt do that to him and my old iphone but it wont turn on and cant find anywhere to sell it and get the cash there and then
i dont own jewellery as previous to partner getting job we was always skint so sold a lot and havent been able to replace the stuff we have sold
were now in a mess cheque centre took everything
i have spoke to a food bank the one by us is run privately and for people on benefits apparantly vulnerable people and were not it
the one we can use is about a 3 hour walk away and partners working todays ddont think my son could manage the walk tbh
so any ideas surveys anything partner gets paid fri and i have arranged for it to go in a diff bank so cheque cenre wont get it xx

    I would try for a crisis loan from the council i think do it now

    i think i have found some one who buys old mobiles just wating for a message back to see if he takes broken ones

    you don't have to be on benefits to get a crisis loan! Can you borrow food off neighbours family etc. i would also swallow my pride and do a bit of freeganism or post on local freegle site

  • oh right i didnt no that i thought it was for people on benefits as when we used to be on benefits we was told this was the case /.no dont speak to our neighbours really just the odd hello nothing more nd there not the type to lend things out can tell that a mile off
    will think of something not to bad as partner gets paid fri just got myself in a panic

    loads of people sell non working mobiles on eb*y. You could start by sticking your iphone on there.

    If your on facebook there are loads of local buy/sell groups which are good for nic naks, old curtains, bedding that sort of thing have you taken stock of what you actually have the peeps on here are marvelous of putting meals together from pretty much anything maybe worth posting up what you have in.
