Just 4.19% is still high considering BOE is still 0.5%!

Aye, but they are taking on a lot of risk at 90% LTV. When the risk is higher the return must be higher or they'd needn't bother doing it.
  • 4.19 is a great rate for a new build at 90%!!

New build + 90% LTV = very high risk.....

I'm getting carpets, turf and sliding door wardrobe included and they couldn't do all that with those new buy schemes etc.

Does any body know what rate hinckley rugby interest rate is for 90% ltv?

You said it was 3.89% yesterday.

As I said, if your builder is not on the panel of builders which pays the lender's indemnity insurance premium, they won't lend 90%.

Ok no probs. I'll just go with skipton. When they make a mortgage offer and if they change their rate will my offer be changed?
  • What about an ltv of 85% for a new build flat? Does anyone know who will lend 85% other than Skipton and Woolwich? Thanks
