BT when theres an existing BT on a card....

I have 2 cards that are almost maxed on a Balance Transfer i did for my brother. Lets say that one is almost clear, can i transfer it on to the other card which has a BT already active on it at either a new promotional rate or to tie in with the existing rate??

Don't quite get what you mean, but if the cards are from different providers - usually you can't transfer between, say one MBNA card and another MBNA card - then you can BT between cards. The rate you get depends on your T&C, or whatever you can negotiate with your lender.
  • Just phone your credit card company and ask what the best rate they can give you is. Also bear in mind most companies allocate payments to the portion of your balance attracting the least amount of interest first.

Ok cheers. Will give them a call. Will they only knock down by the likes of 3% or would they knock say 7 or 8% off??

You can get 8% off and you might get 2% off , it all depends on the current APR and your payment/usage history .
