cannot Validate address

hello when i try to get a phone contract, update my paypal or try to create a noodle account I get an error stating that they cant verify my address from my debit card, if a credit check is required I pass that but fail identity check

Ive complained to santander and they said my addy was correct, spelt correct etc and blamed all the retialers!

I made an appointment with my bank manager and he discovered my visa debit cards are set with an electron functionality even though they are isa debit ..called 'x2x' or something.. hes oredered me new cards..

In the emantime I had a letter from Santander blaming experian , Ive sent off for my credit reports ( i cant see them online as I fail address verification!) awaiting my reports, however.. I know im on the electoral roll etc.


Any ideas?

Is your address on the Post Office register of address`s ?

I ask because I couldnt register for Noddle until I got my address added, once it was on the Post Office database I was able to register with no problems.
