Anyone had any successful dealings with https://www.linemypocket.co.uk?
I have used them for three referral links, and not one has been paid even though they are well beyond the timescales for payment.
I have submitted tickets, but when I go back to view them they tell me I have no outstanding tickets...GRRRRRR
Any suggestions on how to take it further as I dont see any contact numbers or email addresses?
Cheers

hmm... as far as i can tell they're great... one of the best net-based companies i've ever dealt with, in fact.
whenever i've had a problem, they've replied to my e-mail within 3 or 4 hours with an apology and the problem fixed, and promptly paid up the £15 i'd built up as soon as i requested it.
although, to be fair, i haven't had any dealings with them since they revamped the site.
the responses would always come from support@linemypocket.co.uk, so you might want to try that.0 -
I gotta agree with ferris on this one.
They are excellent - what other sites should be. They are not just quick to respond, but the response has usually solved the problem straight away.
When they first changed the ticket system I couldn't find my ticket either, but it turned out that I was entering the wrong code. I can't remember exactly but i think there is a ticket key and ticket number - make sure you are entering the right one into the box.0
