I Have just returned from being away for a couple of months to find letters from Parking eye regarding 13min over parking on 28th July 13, this was a rainy day and went into the shops I had no idea we were over the time limit, the last letter is now in red Letter Before County Court Claim WHAT should I do please help

The very first thing you should do is start your own thread so that you get specific advice related to your situation and it isn't confused with this one.
Then you should read recent posts - in particular those by zzzLazyDaisy.
Also search the forum for 'Letter Before County Court Claim', LBCCC, 'Letter Before Action' and 'Practice Direction' so that you start to get a basic understanding before people start posting specifics for you.0 -

Have you responded yet to the LBCCC? You have disappeared off the forum at a time when you need to work on an acknowledgement and response to PE!
