What rights if any do I have

Options
Hi,

Hope it's in the right section first and if not please move it :)

I bought a caravan via Park Resorts in 2011 - this was a 2010 model - I traded in my old caravan for this new one, put a deposit down and got the rest on finance.

At the start of each season the central heating system has broken down (so twice now) leaving us on holiday in the cold and with no hot water for a number of days each time.

The first time: this was at the hand over when I spotted a leak from the central heating system - reported it, told it would be fixed, got fixed and they 'tried' to charge me £600 ... needless to say I complained as this was noted / reports on the first day we set foot in the caravan, they accepted and fixed the problem and didn't charge.

The second time: this was in March of this year, e-mailed to have the caravan re-connected - was not complete and no record of me asking (although have the e-mails to say they would do it).

Re-connected when we were at the van to find the central heating system was down again, all safety valves on the radiators had blown, and pipes blew off from under the caravan. We were left with no heating / hot water again for our 5 day visit to the caravan.. nice when you have a 3 year old!

After some 'talks' Park Resort took responsibility and said they would fix all issues. First visit after the 'fix' (some weeks later) and there was water pouring out from under the caravan, took 2 tries to fix and another night in the cold.

With the above and the sheer lack of communication and horrible customer service from Park Resorts I was wondering if I had a right to ask for my old caravan back as this one keeps on breaking down and get my money back (been told this is possible but I need to check of course).

Sort of a quick overview of what is happening but I want to get rid of this caravan or at least move it to a different site/company. Selling it would not give me the money back I've wasted but I don't want to keep it with Park Resorts so hopefully someone could let me know if I have some rights on this?

Thanks
