1. Are you selling? or you bought. Exterior pic of extension would give obvious idea. I think it would be less than 3 metres ( more needs p-permission).
2. Have you used the builders/ quality of work/ or is it an idea of extension only?

My house is rented, I am moving in two weeks as LL sold it.
The extension here is about 2m wide by 2m long over the original kitchen. It's only small but kitchen is a great useable space. It's just a shame the extension was a botch job and it leaks!
The company I sent a pic of was purely for the picture to give you an idea.
I have been looking to extend the kitchen In the house I am buying, I want to make it wider by 1m and its 5m long. Quotes have started at 6-7k but that's only online so I bet it will be much less with a local firm.0
