The warranty should be the same unless it was a 'grey' import.
Rights under the SOGA are the same as anywhere else if the seller is registered as a business, none, if not.
Of course, for that much of a saving on something as inherently reliable as an ebook reader it doesn't really matter.
Fleabay savings are rarely that good, though. When I check I virtually never find anything cheaper on ebay than Amazon. And Amazon are brilliant at sorting out problems whereas ebay are next to useless.There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
I've said before but it bears repeating, if the High Street displayed half the customer service nous of Amazon, it wouldn't be in the state it's in.0
