After park my car and placing ticket on dashboard on return within the two hours left on my ticket there was a ticket for parking fine the reason for the fine was that the ticket had curled up and the ticket could not be read I appealed saying it was a warm day and the ticket had curled with the heat as there was no sticky on the back of the ticket:(

You fail to say who gave you this ticket, can't help unless you tell usWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

IF THS WAS A REAL COUNCIL TICKET ONLY, use Bogsy's 'fluttering ticket wording' enclosing a copy of both sides of the P&D ticket, and let us know when the challenge wins:

If this was a private company (fake PCN) never pay it (OBVIOUSLY!) but tell us who it's from so we can advise you about when to appeal & if they can get the registered keeper's data to send the letter you'll need to wait for. Never respond to a windscreen PCN from a scammer (any private firm) unless it's a company/hire car.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
