I'm on the same planet as you...however, I don't suffer from a surfeit of misunderstanding about Court procedures.
Sometimes there is a breakdown in communication..we get what we pay for...but a particular mitigation is only accepted once.
But the examples quoted are an exception, not the rule.
There can be several ways of demonstrating a 'hardship'.....No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
