It is not a suggestion. It is written into the will - so if OP signs the will, then consult they must.Just tell the Executors to do what they think appropriate when they come to act upon your death and if that includes to totally ignore the suggestion then so be it. They are not obliged to do anything with these Solicitors, in fact as mentioned they have a flaming cheek for doing what they have done.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
