Cancelling Direct Debits

Hello Everyone
I have had health insurance with a company called First Assist Insurance Services for three years now and have decided to stop it. I have deleted the direct debit on my bank account however it told me to contact the company to arrange cancelling my direct debit. When i went on the First Assist website there didn't seem to be any clear way of cancelling the insurance and a search in the search bar came up with zero finds.
Was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and found and solutions to this problem. Besides emailing the company and waiting for a response, there doesn't seem to be much else i can do. And tips on this issue.
