So they are reducing their rates for buy to let mortgages - nice to see Osbournes help to buy is reaching those first time buyers.
But I guess he needs lots of one bed room flats for the shirkers - and Im sure the landlords will of course charge reasonable rent?

Or maybe they're both setting the scene for yet another property bubble with artificially inflated prices so there's another crash in about 20 years time.
Or it's cheaper for Virgin Money to help people get BTL mortgages than to chase up and sanction people with residential mortgages letting their properties because they can't sell.0
