Hi,
I am trying (and failing) to find figures for what is considered a low income for the following benefits:
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
Council Tax Benefits/Reductions
Looking for figures specifically for disabled people either single, living with family and couple where one or both are disabled.
Also, will what is considdered a low income be changing with the benefit reforms?
Thanks for reading and I really appreciate any help!

Could be anything...even £50,000 a year income depending on your circumstances could still be considered a low income. That would be low for someone with 4 children living in central London.
Generally though it's about £18,000 or less for a single over 35 year old for most areas in the UK. Check the figures yourself on entitledto.co.uk:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
