PAP2T no green line light

HI

I've been using the PAP2T with VOIP.CO.Uk for a few months now with no problems (except the lovely echo!), but i lost the green line 1 light a few weeks ago and cant get it back. I thought the PAP might be faulty, so i got a replacement from Linksys. I also tried the cordless phone (i'd been orginally been using before i lost the line), downstairs and it works fine. But when i connect them all back, no green line 1 light (i've tried line 2 too)

Any ideas out there?

thanks in advance

I don't see any green lights only blue on the PAP2, the ports on the router (Netgear DG834G) are green the one connected to the PAP2 is orange because its not running at 100Mbps.

There should only be RED or Blue take a look at this link : http://www.quantumvoice.com/help_installation.php
    PAP2:
    Blue Lights

    PAP2T:
    Green Lights
    More Memory
    Next Generation Ready

    as per Linksys Tech Support

Oh sorry you have the PAP2T

Maybe the IP has change and the router is not seeing the device and needs the rules changed or the device IP fixed to what it was before.

cheers mate. The IP for the pap2t keeps changing which doean't help. I ugraded the firmware but that hasn't helped.

Cos its a replacement unit, i wonder if it needs to be set up with the account details for VOIP.co.uk in terms of my username, password, tel number and proxy etc? I've been on the advanced admin pages and cant find anywhere where it says my telephone number and when i check my VOIP account it says off line?

Make the IP fixed, that's what I did with my PAP2.

    Now set to 192.168.0.100
