PILON and benefits

Options
I'm currently at risk of redundancy and have been advised I will get 2 months PILON. The question is around benefits during this 2 month period.

The company have advised they will pay me cash equivalent for - salary, car benefit, pension, health care.

but advised I will not accrue holiday, any bonuses and my shift/on call during the 2 months.

I will be paying tax and NI on this so not a compensation payment.

Can they pick and chose what they offer me, as financially I am worse off if they do not let me work my notice ??

Are you entitled to two months' PILON because you have completed 8 years with them? If not, how long have you worked there: are you just coming up for an anniversary?

Holiday fairly standard as they can have you take those so no benifit.

What are the terms of the bonus, many have discretionary and need to be employed at certain times.

Shift allowances are usualy attached to the working time so check the contracts, if contracts allow for changes, then this would be ok as well, the other option is garden leave on normal hours and wait for the money.
